Buyers: tips to reduce risk of fraud
Here at SP, we take fraud and scamming very seriously. Recently we wrote an article about how scammers hurt not only their victims, but our entire panty fetish community. Additionally, here are some quick tips to reduce your risk of becoming a victim:
Do not make a deal without an SP order number - using the SP ordering system enables us to offer your stronger support in the event that something goes wrong and you want to file a dispute. Sellers who don't use SP ordering system are much more likely to be running a scam. Don't pay a dime until you get an order number!
Check the seller's reviews - this is one of the best ways to check whether or not a seller is legitimate and sincere. If a seller has reviews, it means that the seller has successfully completed orders on SP and therefore more trustworthy. Every seller has the opportunity to enable the review process for each sold item. Here at SP, we send out an email with a link to review seller and buyer both.
Make sure the seller has the 'verified' badge. This means that they have taken steps to prove they are the same person as presented on their SP profile. This doesn't always guarantee a seller is legit, but it certainly helps gain some trust.
Use SP inbox messaging and chat for communication. If you're using communication outside of SP, and want to file a dispute, we have a very difficult time duly verifying validity via third party services outside our network.
What is the process for an order - what are the steps?

ORDER PROCESS FLOW:
1. Buyer selects 'order item' button on your listing to start an order. *This is required to activate the order process.
2. After seller confirms a sale with buyer, seller uses the 'Mark as Sold' button (on the listing page or from your Dashboard) to automatically send a review requests and logs the sale in Dashboard/Orders page.
3. Buyer confirms delivery of item by using 'mark as delivered' button on item listing or Dashboard/Orders page.
4. Write a review via email link or find the link on your Dashboard/Orders page.
What are points for and how do they work?
SP points system is an index for all activities on the site. Various interactions on the site will add to your points. While we do not publish the exact formula for earning point values, members can earn points by:
- uploading photos
- creating new listings
- marking listings as sold
- posting a review
- posting status
- posting articles
In addition, we use points for different levels of member distinction. For sellers, 3 levels: princess, queen, demigod. For buyers: prince, king, demigod.
Level 1: 1500 - 7000
Level 2: 7001 - 15000
Level 3: 15000 +
And lastly, we have an overall ranking page to show levels of members.
What payment methods can I use for transactions?

One way to increase activity on your listings is to use several popular tags in addition to a well written description of at least 100 words. The more words you include in the listing text is proportional to the amount of search results your listing will show up in. We've compiled a list of popular keyword searches for SP members:
