- Keep up with your regulars: Keep an ongoing document of your customers. I consider a regular anyone who makes a decent sized purchase at least 3 times in a year. I check on these customers periodically. Often, a simple “How have you been?” message turns into a sale.
- Refresh your listings: Periodically freshen up your listings. Change up your description and add some new key words. Change your profile photo. Potential buyers get sick of seeing the same profile photo and advertisements months after month. I often find when I do something as simple as changing my profile photo, it brings in a nice wave of sales.
